Their lightly pasteurised, unhomogenised milk comes fresh to you with the cream on top. Jaspreet and Surinder make it just like the traditional milk they grew up with and just like the good old milkman used to deliver in Australia years ago!

Kisaan – which means 'farmer' in Punjabi – started making Indian-style cheese before moving on to their unhomogenised, minimally processed milk. With a growing, vibrant, Indian community in Melbourne, they recognised the demand for fresh milk with a traditional, authentic taste. They are passionate about partnering with local Victorian dairy farmers to ensure that they receive the best price for their hard work.
